I believe in being transparent so I have my rates posted online. The rates listed are the most up to date. The following types of payment are accepted: Credit/Debit & Flex Spending/HSA accounts

$150.00/ 60 minute session  

$200.00/ 90 minute session

90 minute sessions are for either EMDR or Hypnotherapy only*

please be advised that my in network insurance benefits apply only to pa residents.

New York Residents - I am not in network with any insruance plans at this time. Therefore I am considered an OON, Private pay provider (see OON section below for details).

Pennsylvania Residents- I am in network (a participating provider) with the following plans:

CIGNA & Aetna
I am in the process of being credentialed with Highmark*

Out of Network Reimbursement  (OON)

Most insurance plans have what is called Out- of -Network benefits (OON). It depends on the type of insurance you have (typically PPO plans have this option available). My services are reimbursable by OON benefits. The steps are as follows:

You would pay me directly for sessions.
Once a month my online portal system generates what is called a superbill.
You would download and submit a superbly directly to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Superbills have all the information needed for your insurance to reimburse you a percentage of what you paid for therapy. The percentages are often very high (i.e.- 80%). All superbills must be submitted by you directly to your insurance company.

I am happy to explain this process and help in any way I can. This option allows you to have full choice in who your therapist is while also using your insurance to help pay for the cost of therapy.
