Clinical Consultation for Therapists
I provide clinical supervision and consultation for therapists who want a thoughtful, reflective space to deepen their clinical thinking, strengthen their therapeutic framework, and continue developing their professional voice.
My work is grounded in helping clinicians develop a clear, coherent way to conceptualize their clients, their interventions, and their role in the therapeutic relationship. Rather than emphasizing rigid adherence to a single modality, I support therapists in building an integrated approach that allows them to think flexibly, work intuitively, and respond effectively to complex clinical dynamics.
My clinical perspective draws on attachment-based, somatic, relational, humanistic, Jungian/depth-psychology, and solution-focused traditions, as well as trauma-informed and energy psychology approaches.
Professional Background
12+ years in Private Practice
Licensed Psychotherapist in Pennsylvania and New York
MA in Mental Health Counseling
Training and experience integrating approaches such as EMDR, Hypnotherapy, EFT, and Depth-oriented Psychotherapy
My work often bridges traditional psychotherapy with depth psychology, trauma processing, and subconscious-focused methods, supporting clinicians who are interested in integrative and experiential approaches to clinical work.
My Consultation Approach
My approach is collaborative, reflective, and experiential.
I’m interested in understanding how clinicians think about their cases and how they organize the information they receive from clients. Rather than prescribing rigid interventions, I help broaden perspectives, identify patterns, and explore multiple approaches to complex clinical situations.
In supervision and consultation, we may explore:
Case conceptualization and clinical decision-making
Trauma and nervous system responses
Attachment and relational dynamics
Therapist countertransference and somatic awareness
Patterns that emerge across a clinician’s caseload
Integrating multiple therapeutic modalities into a cohesive framework
Professional development and therapist identity
I often use role play, metaphors, experiential teaching, and reflective dialogue to help complex clinical concepts become practical and usable.
My goal is to create a space where clinicians can think out loud, ask questions freely, and explore areas of uncertainty without judgment, while still receiving thoughtful guidance and clinical feedback.
Who This Work Is a Good Fit For
Consultation with me may be a good fit if you:
Value thoughtful case conceptualization and enjoy thinking deeply about clinical work
Are interested in integrating multiple therapeutic approaches rather than strictly following one model
Want to better understand attachment patterns, trauma responses, and nervous system dynamics
Are curious about your own reactions and experiences within the therapeutic relationship
Appreciate reflective dialogue and collaborative learning
Are open to exploring both clinical skill and therapist self-awareness as part of professional development
Many clinicians who work with me are drawn to depth-oriented, relational, somatic, or energy psychology approaches and want support in integrating those perspectives into their clinical work.
Clinical Consultation for Licensed Clinicians (United States)
I provide clinical consultation for licensed therapists anywhere in the United States.
Consultation can support clinicians who want help thinking through complex cases, integrating new modalities, or refining their clinical framework.
I have 3+ years of experience providing both individual and group supervision for clinicians working toward licensure and have consulted with fully licensed clinicians to both grow their private practices and to work through clinical concerns.
I am currently licensed in:
Pennsylvania
New York
My consultation work tends to be a particularly good fit for clinicians interested in integrative, depth-oriented, and experiential approaches, including
Attachment-focused therapy
Trauma processing
Somatic and nervous system–informed work
Jungian and depth psychology perspectives
Energy psychology approaches, including EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
Clinical hypnosis and hypnotherapy, including solution-focused, transpersonal, and past-life regression-informed techniques
Integrating multiple therapeutic modalities into a cohesive framework
Note on EMDR Consultation
Please note: I am not EMDRIA-certified to provide formal supervision hours toward EMDRIA certification.
I do, however, have over 10 years of experience using EMDR clinically and am certified through the Parnell Institute in Attachment-Focused EMDR.
I am often a good consultation fit for clinicians who want support integrating EMDR into a broader, eclectic therapeutic approach, particularly when working from a depth-oriented, attachment-based, or energy psychology perspective.
This consultation may be particularly helpful for clinicians who are not seeking hours toward EMDRIA certification, but instead want guidance on applying EMDR within an integrated and eclectic clinical framework.
